1. Scope

These terms describe use of the LYRA COMMONS LLC company website and participation in an invited HelloMate private test. LYRA COMMONS LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company (Entity ID 0008134778) operating from Quzhou, Zhejiang, China. Feature availability depends on the test version and any invitation you receive.

Illustrations, sample profiles, example memories, and feature previews are demonstrations of the intended experience. They are not representations of actual customer activity, certified identities, or a guaranteed release schedule. Planned features may change or be discontinued during development.

2. Adult testing and account security

You must be at least 18 years old to create a HelloMate test account or participate in a private test. Provide accurate account information, use only your own account, and keep passwords and verification codes private. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Planned subscriptions and purchases

HelloMate may offer optional paid features or subscriptions in the future. Prices, benefits, availability, payment methods, renewal terms, and cancellation and refund rules have not been finalized. Any future purchase will require a separate offer with the applicable terms and your affirmative agreement. Viewing this website or a product preview does not enroll you in a subscription.

Preview descriptions do not create a promise of free access forever, unlimited storage, permanent memorial hosting, or lifetime availability.

4. Respectful use

When using available test features, you agree to:

• Share only content you have the right to provide, and respect other people's privacy and choices.
• Avoid harassment, threats, impersonation, fraudulent materials, unlawful content, spam, and attempts to exploit other participants.
• Not access accounts or data without permission, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
• Report concerns through the available reporting tools or the contact address below.

We may restrict test access or remove content to address abuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or the needs of a development test.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the photos, messages, and other content you provide. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the features you use, including sharing with the audience you choose and processing by the service providers described in our Privacy Policy.

Our website, branding, software, and design materials belong to LYRA COMMONS LLC or their respective owners and licensors. A preview or testing invitation does not transfer ownership of those materials.

6. Development limitations

Private test software may contain errors, change without notice, or be temporarily unavailable. Keep your own copies of important photos and memories. Memorial previews are not a permanent storage or preservation service.

Profiles, community feedback, automated translations, and pet-related materials can be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not constitute identity certification, veterinary advice, or a guarantee about another participant. Security controls can reduce risks but cannot prevent every form of copying or misuse.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, previews and private test services are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. We may update these terms as testing progresses. Material changes affecting continued test participation will be communicated through available service channels.
